Duties: Build, improve, and maintain Bond pricing model which our colleagues in NY, London, and Hong Kong chiefly used to review and deliver bond prices to our clients. Continuously analyze our production process to look for areas of improvement. Continuously deliver accurate evaluations while expanding the universe of securities. Perform final review of Bond prices based on fundamentals and understanding of the underlying conditions of the market. Respond to client inquiries, in person, over the phone, and over email in a timely and professional manner. Work with our colleagues in London and Hong Kong to maintain the integrity and quality of our process and evaluations.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master’s degree in Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the position offered or two (2) years of experience as a Quantitative Risk Analyst, Fixed Income Evaluator, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree and four (4) years of experience in lieu of a Master’s degree and two (2) years of experience.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Coding; SQL; Python; VBA; tableau; Machine Learning Financial Modeling; deep learning; SPARK for big data computation; and AWS specialization.
