If you answered yes to all, this may be the right position for you! Kung Fu Tea is looking for a Franchise Business Consultant to join our team!

As a Franchise Business Consultant, you are the liaison between Kung Fu Tea Headquarters and its network of franchisees. You’d be responsible for a territory of stores, ensuring Kung Fu Tea initiatives across all core business areas are met, and creating long term success for our franchisees partners by growing their sales and profitability. This is not a full-time field position or full-remote work, but your time would be broken up by 75% at headquarters and 25% in your territory conducting field visits. This is an entry-level position, and training is also provided.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Continued communication and consultations with your Kung Fu Tea operators on their financials, customer service scores, and engagement with new brand initiatives such as new product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as a brand protection specialist, managing compliance within brand standards of your territory.
  • Conduct franchise performance visits, consulting your operators and developing action plans focused on areas of improvement in all areas of their business.
  • Utilize feedback from your franchisees to collaborate as needed with different internal teams to launch new programs or project that contribute to franchise performance improvements.
  • Coordinate the full life cycle of the new store opening process with a select number of operators either in our out of your territory.

Who You Are:

You are someone who has:

  • Strong communication skills. You’ll need to be able to effectively communicate, verbally and written, across multiple store levels with line staff, leadership, ownership, and investors/operators.
  • Good Organizational and Time/Priority Management Skills. Multiple stores will have different areas they need assistance with some items more time sensitive than others
  • General understanding of P&L, COGS, and proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite Workspace
  • It helps if you have a critical mindset and are a creative thinker that looks for solutions to a problem.
  • Is a team player and able to collaborate well with others but can also take ownership and accountability in individual responsibilities
  • Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma with experience in the food & beverage industry in a shift lead position. Assistant or Store Managers with a college degree are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
