We are seeking a candidate for a full-time, management position within our alterations department at our locally owned Denver bridal boutique.

In this position, customer service skills are essential in order to provide the best experience for our brides. We are also looking for a candidate that is organized, has time management skills, experience in a retail/commission-based environment, and a friendly personality that will encourage a positive experience!

Tracking inventory, selling accessories, styling clients, as well as additional support skills for follow up via email and phone are necessary in this position. We are looking for an individual that is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our clients are fully satisfied before their wedding day!

Since this is potentially a stressful time for the client, we are looking for a manager that is up to the challenge of understanding the clients wants and needs, catering to and providing appropriate solutions, while maintaining the image of the boutique and level of professionalism.

MUST: Exceptional customer service skills; 3+ years experience with salon/boutique scheduling systems, impeccably organized, fashion/sewing knowledge, Sunday’s mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
