Requirements:

• Must have Valid Driver’s License
• Must have Clean Driving Record
• Must be Drug Free
• Must be Reliable
• Must have Dependable Transportation
• Must have at least 3 years of Experience

Job Description:

• Responsible for an 10-14 man crew
• Responsible for holding toolbox safety meetings
• Communicate with customers
• Keeping track of time
• Meeting deadlines
• Ensure all guys are working safely and wearing PPE
• Training new guys on job specific
• Must be able to perform V&V’s (Verify & Validate), LPO’s (Loss Prevention Observations), and QC (Quality Control).
• Diagnosing and working on equipment
• Must be able to operate tractors, excavators, marsh master, and zero turn mowers.
• Mowing, Edging, Weed Eating, and Blowing
• Planting Flowers
• Laying Mulch
• Irrigation Repair

** Manager will receive company phone and truck to use for work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
