Building Janitor/Guard

The commercial building is situated in the Rockefeller center area of Manhattan.

The candidate must be a detailed oriented and responsible professional who works well as a team player. Anticipated work week is Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm, (Overtime available) Saturdays as needed. On call duties are required.

Candidates should have/be:

* 3+ years of experience as a commercial building maintenance.

* Experience in supervising a staff (handyman, porters, security).

* Knowledge and Experience in the repair and maintenance of all building systems.

* Capable of communicating effectively with Property Owner, Staff, and Tenants.

Compensation: $15-$17/HR plus Overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

Experience:

• Commercial Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
