We are actively seeking to hire experienced AGM level candidates to help lead our team.

POSITION DETAILS
Schedule: Full-time / 40-45 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of high-level restaurant management experience
Location: Astoria, NY
Atmosphere: Neighborhood Casual
Compensation: $70-75k (annual)
Bonus: Performance-based Bonus Structure, paid weekly
Benefits: Medical Benefits Available (including dental & vision) and two weeks of paid vacation

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Scheduling, payroll, time, and attendance management
– Development and maintenance of the FOH employee training manual
– Staff training program
– Planning and content for weekly staff meetings
– Daily pre-shift meetings w/ staff
– Oversight and input on agenda and content with the management team
– Continual staff evaluations and feedback on performance
– Training and development of all processes and systems
