Job Responsibilities:

  • End to end recruitment
  • Prepares monthly payroll
  • Maintains Human Resources records of employee file. Documents and tracks Human Resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Administers employee benefits; including loan, medical insurance, tickets, leave etc.
  • Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees and hiring managers

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Word processing skills
  • Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years experience as HR/Admin
  • Microsoft suite experience
  • Able to work 6 days a week / 7:30am – 4:30pm

Expected Start Date: 15/10/2021

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
