- Prepares monthly payroll
- Maintains Human Resources records of employee file. Documents and tracks Human Resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Administers employee benefits; including loan, medical insurance, tickets, leave etc.
- Sets up and schedules complicated meetings for interviewees and hiring managers
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Word processing skills
- Administrative writing and reporting skills
- Organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years experience as HR/Admin
- Microsoft suite experience
- Able to work 6 days a week / 7:30am – 4:30pm
