We require a dynamic and experienced Receptionist cum Admin & HR Assistant, who will:
– Handle the front office – directing all visitors, including vendors, clients, candidates and customers appropriately
– Screen Incoming calls and direct it to appropriate departments and take accurate and complete messages.
– Order and Manage the Office Stationery supplies
– Manage the routine Office Administrative duties.
– Perform other duties as instructed by the Admin & HR Manager which contribute to the effective office management of the company.
– Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Admin &HR department
– Handle Travel & Accommodation arrangements when required
– Maintaining Employees data base and filing
– Recording and reporting daily and monthly attendance to the HR manager
– Assisting the recruitment process through interview scheduling and communication
– Other tasks as assigned by the Admin & HR Manager
– Must have at least 02 years of prior relevant experience in U.A.E.
– Must be in Abu Dhabi and can join on immediate basis
– Must have good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Expected Start Date: October 15, 2021
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
