White Glove Community Care, one of NY’s largest agencies is seeking to hire a highly motivated and proven HR Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a goal oriented, ambitious candidate who is committed to the growth of our MT Vernon location.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the on-boarding process of each applicants files and ensuring all is entered correctly in database. Individual should be a go-getter, has keen sense of details and aim to meet the company’s goals.

HR Assistant Requirements:

  • Relevant and Equivalent work experience
  • Have reliable transportation to the Office – No Parking
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
  • HHA Exchange and Blue sky data base knowledge a plus
