Responsibilities:

• Provide basic care to aging adults in their homes.
• Greet clients warmly and introduce them to the home care provider.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
• Attend daily meetings with supervisor to assess client recovery and improvement.
• Work with the client’s physician to make sure that the plan of care is consistent with the client’s physical, mental, social, and emotional needs.
• Write reports on a client’s health condition.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
