Cosmo Cabinets is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in our Atlanta office. You need to be an extremely detailed oriented person. We sell cabinets for the kitchen and bath large projects. We ship 15-20 kitchens at one time. This requires each customer’s specifications and details to be checked, communicated to the manufacturing plant, and confirmed with the customer.
If you have experience in sales or project management and the desire to be a part of a grown floor, growing organization, and have a can-do attitude, this job is for you! If you have kitchen cabinet experience, then that gives you a great advantage. You will be working with the Vice President of Sales.
- Proof and finalize project proposals/schedules, communicate project status to customers, ensure information for projects complete for production, and respond to customer project inquiries.
- Assist with qualifying leads, entering new customer information, maintaining the CRM database (Hubspot), processing sample orders, and keeping marketing materials available and current.
- Represent Cosmo Cabinets as the initial customer contact when needed, working with the VP of Sales to determine the method of managing accounts.
- Serve as master coordinator of projects from vice president, customer service, and logistics to the manufacturing team.
- Initiate post-sale communications and follow up with Cosmo customers.
- Energetic, Self-starter, flexible, organized with the ability to self-motivate and self-manage
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Must be dependable, listen to learn, communicate effectively
- Follow directions, establish priorities, and be proactive with following up on multiple projects
- Bachelors or Business degree preferred, great experience considered
- Experienced in Project Management is a must
