Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing the Job Architecture (JA) framework for the US Member Firm. It will be the main point of contact for proposed Job Architecture changes, lead the impact assessment of proposed changes, and manage the governance approval process as required. This role will ensure that formal processes and quality standards are being met within the existing Job Architecture framework.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Job Architecture subject matter expert for the US Firm
  • (Prior to HXM go-live) Address downstream impacts of the JA framework, including partnering with key stakeholders and determining appropriate action of JA modifications as applicable
  • Assess the impact of Job Architecture decisions and drive compliance with the guidelines of the Job Architecture framework
  • Provide expertise and oversight in developing the business case for Job Architecture changes, including developing materials for executive level leadership / governance teams
  • Socialize proposed changes to impacted areas of the US Firm, and incorporate feedback as needed
  • Identify solutions within the Job Architecture framework to meet business requirements
  • Partner with the compensation team on pay grade assignments to jobs
  • Conduct and facilitate meetings for stakeholder groups that make key framework decisions; present business case and materials to governance teams as needed
  • Establish tools and mechanisms to track decisions and progress
  • Periodically review the Job Architecture framework and identify improvement opportunities; escalate recommendations to the governance team
  • Create internal communications and provide training to stakeholder groups, as necessary
  • Stay up to date with market insights on Job Architecture



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources / Talent
  • Demonstrated knowledge of implementing processes and monitoring policy adherence
  • Executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to develop efficient and effective processes
  • Proven experience in partnering with global and regional teams
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


  • Experience designing and implementing Job Architecture or Position Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Well-developed analytical, planning, and project management skills
  • Experience with analyzing large datasets
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Internal Deloitte experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $86,425 to $159,165

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
