Liink, formerly known as the Interbank Information Network (IIN), is a production-grade, scalable, peer-to-peer blockchain-based network. Liink applications are purpose-built for addressing discrete banking needs. To date, over 400 financial institutions and corporates have signed up to join the network, including 25 of the world’s top 50 banks, representing 78 countries globally.

The Product Development Team at Liink develops, owns and executes the product development strategy, initiating and continuing new product “Concept to Customer” processes to ensure new concepts/products are available to be commercialized.

As a Product Development Manager, you will source, evaluate and prioritize the development of new use-cases. To do this, you will carry out market research, liaise directly with customers, closely monitor industry trends, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify new product opportunities. You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product development lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What will you do?

  • Position Onyx as the leading platform to develop and deploy products to service our clients
  • Identify and evaluate new product development opportunities through both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with third parties to assess potential partnership opportunities
  • Run proof-of-concept and pilot programs to quickly validate use-cases
  • Own the product management lifecycle from ideation to launch working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, risk, compliance and legal
  • Manage expectations by communicating progress of product roadmaps to senior management and stakeholders


Qualifications

  • You have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in product development or related roles
  • You have strong product management experience working across functional groups in delivering strategic and transformational changes
  • You have strong client empathy and experience guiding product direction based on client pain-points and needs
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have experience in a client facing and / or technology focused role where business experience and technical acumen was combined
  • You are able to work under pressure, competing priorities and deadlines; Navigate unexpected roadblocks with ease
  • You are a strong team player and ability to collaboration across multiple functional and business groups
  • Experience building blockchain applications and networks preferred
  • Experience developing platforms and launching new applications and services preferred
  • Experience working in Payments, Trade Finance, and/or related Treasury Services preferred
