Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Ensures that all cycle counts are performed on schedule and assisting with the counts when required

Error investigation and reconciliation

Approves inventory adjustments within the prescribed dollar limit and advises management on inventory adjustments above his/her dollar limit

Prepares products for internal/external audits

Investigates and resolves warehouse incidents/shipping errors

Processes customer refusals

Assists purchasing and accounts payable departments when requested

Replenish High Velocity Product to correct Bin Locations

Process RMAs from customers

Process RMAs to RMA Department and/or to stock inventory
