Lifeguards (Jersey City) $17-$20 per hour
St. Nick Pool Management Co., Inc. is hiring Summer Lifeguards in Jersey City. Salary range $17-$20 per hour. Must be certified in Lifeguarding. Certified Lifeguards must have current American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid certifications. Must be able to work weekdays and weekends beginning Saturday, May 28, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, September 5.

Job Summary
A lifeguard monitors and supervises aquatic activities. They ensure that all individuals taking part in these activities are adhering to rules to prevent injuries and other accidents. Lifeguards respond to any emergency in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities
Lifeguards at St. Nick Pools have one major responsibility – to watch the pool!
Our maintenance staff takes care of cleaning the pool so you can concentrate on keeping the pool safe!

Daily Duties of a Lifeguard
 Clock in and out using smartphone technologies
 Enforce all aquatic rules and regulations
 Complete and log water recordings

Minimum Job Requirements
 American Red Cross Lifeguarding (current certification required)
 American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (required)
