Logistics Co-ordinator


· Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manages a variety of special projects for

· Responsibility for the inventory of office supplies, including ordering

· Manage the import/ export documents

· Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.

· Resolve administrative problems.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

· Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.

· Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets/ Petty cash

· Maintain and update company databases

· Knowledgeable in customs submission, filing, compliance and resolutions and refund and claims processing

· Proper coordination with customers, suppliers and other service providers

· in charge of arranging transportation, inspection and collection of Delivery orders and delivery of shipment to end-user

· Coordinates with shipping lines for schedules, bookings and rates

· Expert in shipping & logistics

· Answering client’s inquiries about rates, services offered and shipment status

· Having an experience in Sales is an advantage

Office Administration Management: 1 years (Preferred)

Minimum of 2 years work experience in UAE (Required)

MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint Presentations: 2 years (Required)

Contract length: 24 months
