Citadel Post Acute is looking to hire an LPN/RN full time 12 hour shifts for night 6pm-6am. flexible schedules with alternating weekends. Long term care/ Rehab experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to supervise day to day activities of CNA’s.

Duties may include but are not limited to providing care for patients, passing medications, and communicating with providers and families to get our patients healed and back in the community as soon as possible.
