Citadel Post Acute is seeking a full-time Wound Nurse to join our team. The Wound Nurse will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care in accordance with the facility and department policies and in accordance with the standards of professional nursing practice. This nurse will care for wounds, and skin care concerns caused by incontinence, etc. This position requires excellent judgment and the use of nursing skills necessary to provide the appropriate treatment needed per patient.
