We are looking for a strong, experienced
Marketing Analytics Manager to collect and review the necessary analytics to deliver insights and recommendations that impact marketing decisions, optimizations and investments.

The role will require strong analytical skills, a robust understanding of data, BI and analytics, solid business and marketing acumen, and the ability to get things done in a matrixed organization. What you’ll do at UiPath:

  • Leverage data from multiple sources (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics 360, Google Search Console, Ad Platforms, social media, ABM platforms) to provide key insights on campaign success, marketing channel performance, target account penetration, and highlight opportunities for new initiatives.
  • Take ownership of Marketing’s reporting and BI roadmap, working with leadership and operations to identify and build new dashboards as well as manage and consolidate existing dashboards.
  • Establish full funnel metrics and reporting that identifies areas for improvement around lead flow (Conversion Rates, Volumes, Velocity) and ability to deliver actionable insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build a multi-touch attribution model to allow for Regional VPs to shift their marketing mix strategy using data-backed recommendations.
  • Apply analytical rigor to transform data into analyses, trends and insights (both proactive and predictive) to improve decision making.
  • Identify trends in data that may reflect areas for pipeline expansion, campaign improvements or possible data integrity issues.
  • Provide timely ad-hoc analysis on campaigns, critical business initiatives and performance monitoring for primarily (but not exclusively) the Demand Gen team.
  • Build an ROI model to understand how campaigns are performing and what gives us the best ROI.
  • Identify and interpret key metrics that indicate success and influence growth across the demand gen organization, and provide recommendations based on any uncovered trends and insights.
  • Optimize, expand, and document our data-oriented processes and help others learn the best ways to leverage and understand their meaning.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years working experience with bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in B2B marketing.
  • Prior experience and fluency in marketing performance analysis, marketing operations, sales analytics or strategy consulting.
  • Strong working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases and ability to tailor queries to the business questions at hand.
  • High level of expertise in excel and BI analysis.
  • Proficient with multiple BI tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
  • Cross-functional experience leading projects and managing stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge and usage of analytics offered in SFDC, Marketo and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with other marketing tech stack tools a plus (6sense, Bombora etc.)
