Responsibilities:

  • Maximize our brand equity internally and externally for continued growth of the organization
  • Development of comprehensive internal and external communication platforms, ensuring results and engagement and driving our value proposition as the distributor of choice.
  • Control and Facilitate Marketing communications to Sales Teams
    • Examples include, but not limited to:
    • Sales sheets
    • Brand updates
    • Brand launches
    • Industry updates and trends (Social Media Listening)
  • Control and Facilitate POS for sales Team
    • Examples include, but not limited to:
    • Shelf talkers
    • Case tuckers
  • Oversee execution of Digital Media Calendar
    • Examples include, but not limited to:
      • Social Media calendar
      • LinkedIn calendar
      • Consumer monthly email distribution
  • Oversee and schedule third party agencies
    • Examples include, but not limited to:
      • Retail account activations
      • Videography for trade education
      • Truck Wraps
  • Oversee Onsite Execution with Georgia Crown Involvement.
    • Examples include, but not limited to:
      • Event sponsorships
      • Festival sponsorships
  • Oversee and schedule annual General Sales Meetings (GSM) calendar
  • Adhere to respective brand strategy for implementation throughout all marketing and communication platforms.
  • Collaborate across departments, finance, human resource, IT and operations to drive best in class comprehensive field solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs occasionally/frequently for Festivals or Activation of brands at events etc.
  • Knowledge of similar industry is preferred.
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Basic Computer skills.
  • Must have good people/communication skills and willingness to work with store owners, managers, and sales reps.
  • Must be able to push, pull and carry cases of product (i.e. building displays and stocking shelves with specialty products).
  • Must be able to work long hours.
  • Willing to work in McDonough area.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record:
      • Cannot have more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
      • Cannot have DUI, reckless driving or hit and run in the last 5 years.
  • Must be able to keep 100/300/100 liability amounts on car insurance.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug test.
