  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing or other relevant areas
  • Proven track record for leading end-to-end successful programs across multiple online marketing channels
  • Demonstrated ability to set marketing goals, prioritize channels and initiatives, organize the roadmap
  • Experience with marketing strategy, including acquisition, conversion, and promotions
  • 6+ years relevant work experience in marketing, and/or digital/high-technology e-commerce companies/products
  • Experience in analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of channel data, market trends and consumer segments, and drawing recommendations
  • Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand and relevant to the customer experience
  • Experience in managing projects across multiple teams and functions e.g. tech, legal, finance, design and merchandising
  • Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable with quickly learning internal tools and processes for campaigns’ generation and monitoring

Key responsibilities are:

  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
  • Work with a team of WW marketing managers, responsible for customer acquisition across both free and paid channels
  • Develop an unified cross-channel strategy that aims to hit plan, and build more velocity and efficiency in our Self-Service and Sales channels
  • Investigate and test new channels to communicate with our potential customers
  • Acquire and thoroughly track incremental members through free onsite channels
  • Partner with other teams both within marketing and cross-functionally, to deliver results that contribute to overall success
  • Partner with Finance team to track and assess quality of acquired members post-acquisition and beyond
  • Present results in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience leading successful integrated marketing plans and related budget
  • Experience with Lifecycle Marketing e.g. CRM, and/or Engagement/Loyalty Marketing program
  • Experience with iterative content testing including A/B testing, Weblab, and other statistical approaches
  • Advanced Excel and SQL
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop
  • Experience of working with tech teams on scaling marketing solutions
  • Experience coaching and mentoring more junior members of the team
