As the Medical Receptionist, you are going to be the face of the office! JRI is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and hands-on individual that will greet every patient as they walk in through our doors.

Job Type: Full-time

Starting pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Scheduled Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday
  • Friday – Sunday: OFF
  • Office Hours: 9am – 5pm

Duties include:

  • Scanning in papers
  • Checking in patients
  • Making patient appointments
  • Collecting copays
  • Tracking wait-time
  • Maintaining a clean lobby
  • Data entry of patient demographics
  • Documentation in an EMR

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail in patient transactions
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Unmatched customer service
  • Effective communication
  • Possible travel between locations
  • Recommended: fluent in Spanish
  • Minimum 1-year commitment

All patients are required to wear a mask. All patients must socially distance in the waiting room. All staff wear protective wear in and out of the patient rooms.
