The Office Manager will provide services on a full-time and exclusive basis. You will perform work primarily from the New York office of IRGRA, which is located in Larchmont, NY. You will report directly to Todd Ryder.

The Office Manager’s responsibilities will primarily be to serve as an administrator responsible for providing overall support to the Senior Portfolio Managers, Property Managers, and Portfolio Compliance Coordinators. Administrative activities would include; answering the telephones for the regional offices, opening and disseminating mail, writing letters or other forms of written communication, preparing ad-hoc schedules for the Company or other team members, coordinating purchases of office supplies, making certain phone calls on behalf of the managers at the manager’s request, maintain files and organized filing practices, photocopying and faxing, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel for the managers.
