Operations Coordinator

HOAMCO/Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is looking for a detail-oriented person to fill a full-time
Operations Coordinator position at our onsite office in Redmond, Washington. TRR is a premier, 55+ community in a park-like resort setting. The primary job responsibility of the Operations Coordinator is to provide support to the Residential Community Association Manager, the General Manager, and the Association Board of Directors with regard to the administrative operations of the Community Association. This position reports to the RCA Manager and works with the RCA Manager to provide above noted support, as necessary.
The RCA Operations Coordinator will actively support community values, vision, and philosophies, while demonstrating an exemplary level of customer service that allows residents’ needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction.
We offer benefits after 60 days; medical-dental-vision-Holiday pay-PTO and more. Pay range is $21.00-$24.00/Hourly DOE

  • Community Association experience desired

Job Duties:
  • Acquire and maintain a full working knowledge of all applicable State and Federal Regulations pertaining to common interest communities and of the governing documents of the Association.
  • Assist RCA Manager in the daily operations and administration of the Association/HOA elements of the Community, including compliance and design review/architectural control.
  • Assist RCA Manager with Board of Director meetings, committee meetings, annual meetings and community events and follow up as needed
