  • 2+ years’ experience in HVAC sales or other pertinent HVAC experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Products are commercial and residential HVAC parts and equipment, therefore, experience working with contractors is desired
  • A willingness to learn is a must have
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be team-oriented
  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent, with minimum of one-year relevant work experience

Job Description

  • Responsible for maintaining knowledge of and promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our Dealer Network and HVAC Contractors
  • Ensure customers are aware of our full product line as well as any product promotions
  • Responsible for delivering the best customer experience that contributes to the sales and profits in your store
  • Work with Sales Center Manager in executing corporate and local strategic programs and sales initiatives
  • Provide superior customer service to our customers and build relationships with customers and associates
  • Follow up, verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep showroom stocked and orderly
  • Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and back of house areas
  • All other duties as assigned
