D Square Construction, LLC, a General Contractor located in the east valley, is looking for a
Payroll Specialist!


  • In-house weekly payroll processing for about 60 employees.
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Payroll Tax Returns for all companies.
  • Monthly Union Reporting.
  • Payroll Tax Payments.
  • Human Resources
  • Administer compliance for subcontractor Certified Payroll reporting.
  • Prepare and submit Certified Payroll reports.
(Additional responsibilities may also be assigned.)

  • 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
  • Experience with construction accounting software, Sage Timberline a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including interpersonal skills.

DOE $25
