Personal Lines Account Manager
Tri County Insurance Services in Woodland Hills, CA is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our small independent insurance agency. We have been in business since 1981 and pride ourselves on having great rapport with our clients. This is an opportunity for a customer service oriented individual looking to grow in their career. There is potential to develop your own book of business. Hourly pay plus potential for commission.

Personal Lines Account Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients
  • Apply knowledge of our products and services to assist clients with inquiries regarding their policies, including account status, coverage information, and claims inquiries
  • Review policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
  • Complete policy changes and advise clients on coverage options
  • Accurately input information into our agency management system, and maintain account files
  • Prepare premium estimates for clients

Personal Lines Account Manager Requirements: Property and Casualty License Handle policy change requests, be empowered to make appropriate decisions Council customers on policy changes Analyze coverage and look for opportunities to offer new coverage/products to existing clients

  • Provide requested quotes to customers
  • Resolve service related issues
  • Handle special projects/other related assignments as requested

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation 401(K)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Property & Casualty License (Required)
