• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
• Preparing Calzones, Strombolis, Garlic Knots and other creative items
• Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
• Cleaning workstations during and at the end of each shift.
• Managing all food order slips and ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to work as a team player.
• Knowledge of English Language.
• Able to assist customers at counter, when needed.
• Must have own transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,125.00 – $1,250.00 per week
