Experience developing and maintaining privacy or security documentation and processes, including RoPs, DPIAs, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), data mapping, and or Technical and Organizational Measures (TOMs)

Former role in privacy or security with knowledge of regulatory and industry requirements and standards

1+ years leading projects with tight deadlines that involve the use of automated and manual systems and supporting internal customers across the globe

Proven knowledge of domestic and global privacy and security regulations (such as GDPR, LGPD, PIPL, ISO standards) and applying them in a complex technology environment

The purpose of the Worldwide Operations Privacy Team is to manage privacy for the Worldwide Operations (WW Ops) Organization. Our focus is to ensure individuals are never surprised by what data we collect, process, and share and that we delight regulators with the quality, transparency, and accuracy of our privacy documentation. Everything we do is based on this focus. This leader acts as a privacy subject matter expert and works with legal and technology to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and transparency of privacy documentation.

Key job responsibilities

Support the creation and maintenance of Records of Processing (RoPs/ROPAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)

Apply global privacy or security regulatory and operational expertise to WW Ops to embed consistent customer experience

Work with internal stakeholders across WW Ops and Legal to ensure privacy is considered in projects and decisions

Maintain a strong understanding of privacy regulatory and industry developments

Perform operational deep dives on privacy/security-related processes and systems and identify mitigating measures

Identify, gather, track, and report privacy/security metrics to include maturity updates

Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency

Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

Advanced degree (Juris Doctor) preferred

Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will prepare reports and make presentations to senior level management and you will interact with various levels of employees to collect and communicate information

Ability to work with little to no supervision
