So what exactly is the job?

TopCashback is looking for a proactive, organized, and business-minded individual to streamline, coordinate and assist in delivering our product roadmap. You will be responsible for following and executing a delivery plan; understanding internal product strategies across various disciplines such as our Mobile App, Browser Extension, Gift Cards and Payment Providers; as well as associated KPI’ and objectives. You will also perform all the key responsibilities of a Project Coordinator and ensure that all product features and associated processes remain operational and continuously drive value for TopCashback members.

Person Specification:

This is a great opporunity for a passionate and forward-thinking individual, with a proven track record in maximizing business value and being able to think outside of the box. You will be at the heart of our product roadmap – understanding the voice of the customer, being responsible for reliability and sustainability of different products as well as ultimately turning that roadmap in to reality, all whilst collaborating with several cross functional teams and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow and execute the product roadmap.
  • Coordinate marketing product campaigns.
  • Use our internal systems as well as various external product specific platform reporting
  • Analyze and report on product performance.
  • Help ensure consistency, reliability, and sustainability across all products.
  • Participate in launch of new products and coordinate launch strategies.
  • Work with third-party product suppliers.
  • Conduct investigation projects into potential product and associated system improvements.
  • Research and analyze the current industry, our customers, and our competitors.
  • Assess value and prioritize all tasks to ensure work is focussed on tasks with maximum value and that the work we undertake is aligned with the product strategy.
  • Provide backlog management and planning.
  • Provide an active role in mitigating any impediments that could impact on the successful completion of development goals.
  • Work with other Operational teams to ensure that key objectives and KPI’s, of various products are met consistently.
  • Coordinate any urgent and critical system failures, ensuring a resolution is found swiftly.
  • Support and management of additional marketing initiatives.
  • Additional training on tasks will be provided.

Required Skills/Attributes

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in Project/Product Facilitation
  • A motivated self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced team-focused work environment, even remotely!
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Track record of driving growth attributed to their own efforts.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with multiple cross functional teams.
  • Common sense and logical thinking.
  • Excel proficiency is a must.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Skilled in data forecasting, data analysis and budgeting.
  • Proactive, with a high level of organization.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to react to change quickly and effectively.
  • A confident personality.
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, and strategic thinking.
  • Skilled computer proficiency with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing (desirable).
  • Experience using Trello and Jira task management systems (desirable).
  • Strong math skills (desirable).
