Why will you enjoy this new opportunity?

As a Product Designer, you’ll be integral part of the effort to create a familiar and intuitive experience for our B-to-B SaaS solution called Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) customers who want to take advantage of networking, security, and compute services such as SD-WAN, AIOps, Cloud Web Security, Secure Access, and more to come. Enterprises, Partners, and Telcos around the world rely on SASE to deliver secure, optimal and automated access to applications and workloads in the cloud by extending software-defined networking and security to their end-users, devices, and networks.

Since our users interact with SASE through a variety of interfaces—including command line tools, APIs, and web browsers—you’ll have the opportunity to design “beyond the browser” and focus on meaningful outcomes that span users’ touch points and journeys. Every day, you’ll collaborate closely with peers from design, product, and engineering to discover problems and frame solutions using human-centered design methods. You’ll shape our customers’ experiences with SASE by contributing thoughtful design strategy, influence the product roadmap through insights gained from user research, bring clarity and alignment to partners and stakeholders through workshop facilitation, use visual and written artifacts to communicate proposed solutions, as well as guide and support other designers.
