This opportunity is 100% work from home from anywhere in the United States.
We are seeking a Product Owner for our rapidly growing Customer Experience (CX) AI business group. We deliver unbelievable CX outcomes with expert orchestration using Intelligent Virtual Agent and digital messaging in our modern cloud native platform, MOSAICX.
As a Product Owner, you will have autonomy to drive the vision of our solutions to completion. You will prioritize the work for your product development team based on stakeholder input and overall strategic goals of the Customer Experience organization. You will also collaborate with other Product Owners to make sure all integrations are coordinated, and the products are progressing toward established timelines.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be providing comprehensive customer experience solutions by translating client business requirements into a solution, based on CX360 technologies, (e.g. Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA), speech recognition, outbound notifications, business insights, development portals etc.) while adhering to established corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
- Providing leadership and direction on key projects, establishing standards and strategy for each project, and assigning tasks and responsibilities
- Effectively communicating with clients and leaders while providing consultative advice to clients regarding company technical capabilities and requirements, integration into existing systems, or new program concepts
- Working closely with internal technical departments and development teams to ensure complete understanding of client requirements to meet their expectations
- Partnering closely with internal sales and product management teams with highly complex customer contact communications solutions
- Overseeing and participating in meetings with stakeholders to define requirements and parameters for solutions
- Assisting internal teams (e.g., product development, etc.) with defining and presenting business cases for clients and business unit management
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of relevant practical experience
- 2+ years of product owner experience
- Ability to translate requirements between the technical team and the business; ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven presentation and public speaking skills
- Knowledge of cloud technology and messaging channels
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Visio, Word and Excel
We’re Excited if You Have
- Experience working with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and/or Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA)
- Experience with contact center technology or conversational AI
- Experience with Agile software development process
- Proven delivery of product or product features from conception to market delivery through customer feedback loop
