Position Summary:

The Program Coordinator is a high-impact position focused on supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) in the execution of projects that reshape our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD) in support of our vision and strategy. In this role, you will bring consistency, integrity and intensity into advancing the implementation and value delivery of the CMD Programs portfolio.


  • Support CMD PMO by performing analytical modeling exercises, organizing key workshops & meetings, and ensuring project team members are providing clear updates to projects.
  • Collaborate with project team to ensure updates on progress, risks, KPI’s are pulled into project reporting.
  • Ensure delivery of project elements required for effective reporting on project performance ready.
  • Drive key PMO mechanisms – status reporting, Team site, RAID log, etc.
  • Support deep-dive risk and issue resolution sessions as required during execution.


  • Bachelor’s degree required; project management certification a plus (PMP, etc.).


  • 3+ years of experience in a project management support role, ideally within operations, commercial or customer experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and manage project supporting elements – project plans/Gantt charts, status updates, KPI’s
  • Excel / analytical & PowerPoint development & delivery skills
  • Ability to confidentially engage and succinctly discuss project requirements cross-functionally and within all levels of the organization.
