Role Description

The Project Manager is a new role in the practice. Currently, project management is primarily performed by our professional staff. As our practice is growing rapidly, we require a fully dedicated Project Manager for certain large client projects. We are looking for a self-motivated, creative project management professional to work with our consultants in developing and implementing project management best practices.

The individual should be collaborative and skilled at facilitating cross-team communication and skilled at dealing with a variety of personalities and work styles. Experience with healthcare data, an understanding of health provider or payer operations, or large healthcare IT projects is highly desired.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple medium to large scale projects across the practice. Projects will vary based on project type (both technical and non-technical), complexity, cost, business impact and project length. The Project Manager will develop and maintain project plans for multiple projects, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and lead ongoing meetings to coordinate various project team members and stakeholders. This position may also perform other related or unrelated duties as needed to meet functional team and/or project team goals and objectives.
