Sante is a young and growing company that provides senior living, transitional skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospice, memory care, home health, and telemedicine services, currently in Arizona, Oregon, and Washington.

We are seeking candidates with skilled nursing knowledge and experience who have excellent organizational and technical management aptitude and attitude.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in cross-departmental enterprise initiatives to deliver innovative and improved systems, processes, and information. This will lead to better patient care, employee conditions, and more efficient and effective ways of delivering quality healthcare.

As an Analyst, you will evaluate various systems and process for development, and improvement. The Analyst will utilize learning resources such as tutorials, videos, documentation, and vendor specialists to develop expertise in various systems, especially EMRs and EHRs such as PointClickCare(PCC), Wellsky Kinnser, NetHealth, and/or enterprise software systems. The Analyst may also participate in data analytics and reporting projects.

The Program Manager will:

  • Provide oversight, coordination, and project management for enterprise initiatives, programs, and projects
  • Quickly learn various EMR/EHRs and other systems through on-line training and hands on practice.
  • Provide high-level administration and configuration of EMR/EHR software
  • Mentor project coordinators
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Develop and maintain program and project dashboards
  • Develop and maintain project reporting process and standards for the dashboards
  • Develop and maintain project management templates for enterprise consistency
  • Write and update relevant documentation
  • Actively contribute to project tasks when necessary
  • Assist the CIO with other activities, communications, and other tasks as assigned.


  • 2+ years in nursing environment. Understanding and experience with care plans, assessments, orders, medications, etc.
  • Aptitude and attitude to learn deep details of EMR/EHR and other software
  • Very highly organized and communicative
  • Ability to look ahead and understand the prioritization of key objectives and help manage the deliverables
  • Loves rapid change of topics and priorities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and interact constructively with peers
  • Excellent social skills necessary to gain buy-in, consensus, and resource commitments
  • Communicate effectively, in a professional manner, across verbal and written formats
  • Residence: Scottsdale/Phoenix; alt. Kitsap County or Seattle, WA.
