Quality Assurance Manager

The QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER will gather and assess quantitative and qualitative data including family and community feedback, to drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in programmatic practice.
The Quality Assurance Manager will:

  • Actively participate in management team meetings to review programmatic assessments
  • Prepare reports as directed by the management team and Program Director
  • Monitor compliance to ACS Policies and Standards
  • Review semi-annual ACS Programmatic Reviews
  • Maintain and review Referral/Intake Process/Documentation including tracking of Cases in Pending Status /Time to Disposition
  • Track Program Utilization
  • Monitor and Assess FASP Timelines
  • Conduct random Case Reviews to ensure proper documentation
  • Monitor and ensure accurate Program Choice and Permanency Planning Goals in OCFS CONNECTIONS system
  • Lead Mobility Mentoring Data Collection
  • Lead PROMIS Data Entry
  • Monitor and assess Case Contacts and Submission of Monthly Case Contacts in the ACS PROMIS Data System
  • Monitor and assess Case Closings (Goal Attainment/ Case Withdrawals)
  • Monitor Programmatic Outcomes
  • Monitor Fidelity to Program Model
  • In collaboration with the management team develop and Implement annual improvement plans using information gathered
  • DATA Entry as Assigned
  • Cover for Case Planner or Unit Supervisor as directed by Program Director
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed or as the program evolves as directed by Program Director


  • MSW or MA in a related field
  • Knowledge of the Child Welfare System preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with a multicultural team
  • Strong ability to conduct presentations to staff and other community groups
  • Must be fully vaccinated and able to show proof of such vaccination by providing your original vaccine card or a copy of your vaccine card

Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
