RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

· Take the extra mile to engage customers.

· Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.

· Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.

· Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years experience as Receptionist or Admin
  • ARABIC AND ENGLISH SPEAKER (BOTH)
  • Ability to Implement Procedures in a Fast-Paced and Evolving Environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Computer Literacy, Including Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Attention to Detail and Highly Motivated
  • Strong Decision-Making Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
  • Admin: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic and English (Required)
