Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this is a role which requires a learning-centric individual, dedicated to digital innovation that engages our target market and meets and exceeds our client needs. This person participates as a key member of the marketing team, sharing knowledge and committed to the achievement of common business objectives for customer acquisition and retention. Specifically:

o Evangelize a new era of experiences focused on strategies that drive measurable business impact mapped to tactical execution

o Focus and prioritization of customer acquisition campaigns through a coordination of sales channels, including web and digital assets, data use, webinars, industry events, client programs, podcasts, client videos, industry awards, and collaboration with PR and social media strategies

o Participate in content creation and re-purposing

o Play a leadership role in the creation of performance reports, data use, and analysis of marketing campaign performance

o Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to build, execute and optimize demand gen campaigns to align with strategic goals

o Contribute to the team effort of optimizing SEO and Google AdWords for display, paid social, LI and YouTube utilization

o Turn data into marketing intelligence, using past performance to guide the pipeline build

o Strong interest in generating compelling prospect and customer facing content, sales assets, customer stories and use cases

o Own and update industry personas

o Create innovative marketing initiatives, manage vendor relationships and partner with event organizations and social media outlets

o Engage directly with prospects, customers, sales and product teams on a regular basis

o Drive cross-functional, integrated programs as part of content marketing, demand gen campaigns, events and association memberships to reinforce our branding, PR and thought-leadership position

o Collaborative insights and support of our Zoom, HubSpot and Salesforce integrations

o Create integrated experiences as part of the awareness, consideration and evaluation stages of the sales cycle

o Champion alignment and collaboration with global teams

Qualifications and Skills

o Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent work experience

o 5 years marketing experience, with an emphasis on customer acquisition and retention, demand generation, and reporting metrics

o Inquisitive nature, with a growth mindset

o Deep knowledge of the relationship between data and marketing programs including web, ad optimization, email, LI, virtual and in-person activity

o Excellent organizational, project-management, verbal and written skills

o Working knowledge of marketing CRM and salesforce

o Ability to quickly grasp company messaging, industry influences and branding

o Experience in financial services software and sales enablement a plus
