Job Description:

• On Phone making calls to people who have shown interest in what we offer
• Reaching out to potential clients
• Handling sensitive personal information including credit reports
• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly productivity goals from call assignments
• Communicating effectively with clients regarding funding process and program tools we use

The individual will possess the following skills:

• Investigative and proficient in asking questions to solve problems
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow and apply direction provided
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Suite and quick with computer skills
• Ability to sell
• Customer service skills
• Able to organize duties each day
• Able to handle multiple concepts at one time

Job information: This is a call center job with soft selling. The compensation is heavily commission driven. There is a ton of opportunity for growth into management and other sales positions as well.
