Chick-fil-A at Stapley Drive is seeking an Director of Operations who has the capacity to oversee and own one area of the business and lead large teams. We are growing faster than anyone in the restaurant industry. Whether that be the Back of House or Front of House, this leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of multiple direct reports to success in a high volume, fast paced environment. The Director will have the ability to innovate change to support business growth, provide world class hospitality, unmatched customer service, and be a servant leader to those they supervise. Lastly, the Director will serve as a key thought leader for the organization, serving on the leadership team and helping oversee 100+ team members.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Direct and oversee large teams to deliver a positive and efficient guest experience

Provide vision and execute the plan

High Character

Plan the business for your area of the business

Serve as a subject matter expert in area of expertise

Set goals and assess results

Work with the leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels

Maintain a positive working relationship treating all employees with respect

Possess a complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of house

Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Follow Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures

Bachelors Degree Recommended

2-5+ years of management or hospitality experience

Proven ability to lead in a fast paced environment

Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder

Strong desire to serve others

Self-leader committed to personal growth

Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

Team and customer oriented; maintains positive attitude

Willingness to step outside of job role to assist in other’s roles

Effective communication skills with guests & team

$50,000 annually with employer contribution insurance
