MonexUSA is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The Sales Operations team is responsible for designing the sales process for the organization, managing technology stacks that revolutionize sales through data and automation, and serve as trusted lieutenants for leadership when making key decisions. Members of the team are strategic and operational, with an overall goal of building and developing a workforce that is capable of helping Monex USA meet and exceed its goals in a way that is smooth, repeatable, and efficient.

The Sales Operations Specialist oversees the performance and efficiency levels of sales team members by using data analysis to drive decision making along with expert communication. They work the closest with sales members aiding and expediting administrative tasks that are yet to be automated by process or tools. In addition, team members focus on taking the torrent of data, and making order out of the chaos, ensuring the internal & external customers’ needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales issues with the CRM (Freshsales / Salesforce) or sales engagement process.
  • Understand the sales processes and work with the Director of Sales Operations to communicate best practices in opportunity and Account management to sales.
  • “Own” List sourcing, scrubbing, management, de-duping, and uploading into the CRM.
  • Gather and analyze data to understand problems and address them proactively.
  • Support collaboration with Managing Directors and other department members/teams
  • Optimize the current sales tech stack including improving the workflows currently in place with sales technology tools
  • Understand and connect the dots between email marketing and sales data and performance.
  • Align with the marketing team to improve the handoff of leads and feedback loop between marketing and sales is excellent.
  • Help drive adoption for sales productivity programs for process optimization.
  • Create sales enablement materials for training & development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a sales operations role working in a high-growth startup environment, financial services, or consulting industry.
  • Must be highly analytical by nature and have experience with creating cleaner and more efficient processes by leveraging internal data
  • Highly experienced with one or many CRMs (Freshsales, Salesforce, SAP, Pipedrive)
  • Excellent communicator over multiple platforms/methods (phone, email, in-person, video conference).
  • Self-starter work ethic, ambitious personality

Bonus Points

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Track record of CRM implementation or projects support

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
