Your Impact

• Lead development and deployment of code and maintain solutions

• Lead design efforts and discussions, advocating for improvements to enhance the customer experience, reduce technical debt, and own the quality of the deliverables

• Review requirements, software designs, and code

• Collaborate, influence, and mentor other team members and stakeholders by setting a high-performance standard through ownership, self-development, and collaboration.

• Research new technologies to support build vs. buy and rapid growth of the business

• Challenge and drive improvements to processes and practices that will improve overall team and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field required

• 5+ years programming experience

• Experience in management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting database issues

• Ability to think system wide and translate business requirements into code

• Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach and ability to measure impact of project and product deliverables

• Strong software design and architecture skills
