Shift Leader Requirements:

– High school diploma/GED

– Previous experience as a Shift Leader in a similar role in food service

– Experience creating shift schedules

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong leadership and organizational skills

– Team Player

– Confident problem solver

– Train and coach new employees.

Must be comfortable working at a cash register and cash handling, at the grill and fry station and on the assembly line, cleaning the store, and food preparation.

Must have Food Handler’s Certification.
