Shift: Monday-Friday, Dayshift – 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
The CSR – Shipping and Receiving will work in the following functional areas:
Shipping/Receiving– Processing various products for shipment/receiving shipments in bulk and moving within the Mailroom
Facilities Work– The warehouse team is called upon to assemble/move furniture throughout the warehouse. Some items may be prepared for off-site storage, movement to a different building/warehouse on campus or prepared for recycling/destruction

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be good with on the job training
Valid state issued driver license
Understanding of safety and working in a process driven warehouse environment
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Extraordinary customer service, verbal, and written communication skills, works well on your own as well as with others in team situations
Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines; Organized and detail-oriented
Good problem-solving; Proactive and able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Current or previous fork-lift certification (Preferred)
At least 1 or more year of any work experience relevant to working in a warehouse- shipping/receiving environment
Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 60 lbs.
Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.)
Ability to lift or move 50+ lbs. or greater frequently
Travel: None/minimal between specified site location

- This Shipping & Receiving role works in the MAILROOM environment on a Corporate setting. Do you have a mailroom experience in a CORPORATE setting? Please elaborate.
- Do you know how to use the mail procedure of FEDEX, UPS and DHL? Do you know the difference and please elaborate.
- Can you process outgoing mail using mail meter or applicable US Post Office procedure? Do you have the experience? Please elaborate.
