The solar industry has been plagued by large organizations taking advantage of unsuspecting clients, while simultaneously under-paying their sales reps. The owners of SolShine have been in solar long enough to see the holes in this system. Through diligent planning, we have developed a process that keeps costs low, meaning;

  • Sales reps take home more commission on each sale

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a book of business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Pass through our training process by meeting specific goals and expectations.
  • Meet with clients in-home, establishing trust through transparency and honesty about company products and pricing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales success, ideally in a residential setting, but not required.
  • Demonstrated elegance in interactions with customers, staff, and colleagues
  • Superior verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Social media presence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Competitive and Driven Spirit
  • Ability to cope with difficult customer situations.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, to understand concerns, and to overcome objections.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who doesn’t need heavy management.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $117,500.00 – $740,000.00 per year
