Job summary

We are looking for a entrepreneurial leader that is passionate about products and brands. We are looking for a customer-obsessed, growth minded Product Manager (Sourcing Manager) to lead the development of a new program to accelerate private brand development. In this role, you will be in charge of building a new accelerator program to increase the speed and ease to which we development private brands.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about products, have strong product development skills as well as outstanding project management abilities. They should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business plans to driving development. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Manage product lifecycle from ideation through commercialization.

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in product development
  • Experience in marketing, brand management, brand development, consumer insights, or consumer packaged goods
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new product, sensory, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies
