We are looking for a Specification Sales Manager for the North-East territory to join our team!

Responsibilities:

· Serves customers by presenting, promoting, and selling products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

· Services existing accounts, obtains orders, established new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors

· Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers

· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses

· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management

· Reports to the Business Development Manager and General Manager

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Maintains positive business relationships to ensure future sales

· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

· Analyze the territory’s potential, track sales and status reports

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

· Highly motivated and target driven

· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needed

· Meeting sales goals and excellent customer service skills

· Product knowledge and territory management

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent presentation skills

· Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment

· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers

· Bilingual a plus

· Comfortable with traveling and in-office based job

Qualifications:

· Previous proven sales experience

· Landscape architecture knowledge a plus

· Familiarity with office software and phone systems

Pay: $48,936.00 – $122,249.00 per year
