Job Title: Student Services Representative

Job Summary: The Student Services Representative performs a variety of service related duties. This position requires the employee to be reliable and organized to help the office run smoothly. You will answer incoming calls and call to follow-up with the student’s parent to make sure the lesson was to their satisfaction. You will help the Senior Student services Representative with new tutor paperwork and assist with filing. This position will require strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask. You will also assist around the office as needed.

Office hours: Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9-5, from August 1 through mid-May. Typical summer office hours is Monday-Thursday, 9-3, from mid-May through June 30. Our office has intermittent office hours in July. The office is closed for two weeks during schools “winter break.”

Position reports to Office Manager

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Google
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Professional attitude

  • Willingness to assist others
  • Ability to work in stressful situations

  • Hourly rate of $15-$20 DOE
