Overview:

We are seeking a supervisor to join our team at our new Psychiatry South Clinic in Federal Way. This position will support our new behavioral health programs at South Clinic, including our new Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program. Services will be a hybrid of in person and telehealth services. This position will be a hybrid of in person and remote. This position will also support our Child and Adolescent Latino Mental Health Assessment and Treatment (CALMA) Clinic which serves children and families who primarily speak Spanish. To help ensure equity in access to services, this position will support our services that run into the evening hours. Our Psychiatry South Clinic is focused on serving diverse patients and families. Candidates who are bilingual Spanish/English and have experience working with Spanish speaking families are strongly preferred. Preferred candidates will have a commitment to learn and actively engage in anti-racist work and efforts.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience: – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Human Services or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience – Previous supervisory and /or lead experience in office environment – Experience in supervising and training others in cross-functional teams, or complex projects – Minimum of three (3) years experience in increasingly complex administrative responsibility in supporting senior level staff or business support in a healthcare or related area – Demonstrated experience with healthcare program coordination and/or management including practice operations, patient accounting, and management of healthcare providers Required Credentials: – N/A Preferred:

-Candidates who are bilingual Spanish/English and have experience working with Spanish speaking families are strongly preferred. – Master of Healthcare Administration, Master of Business Administration, or Master of Public Administration with prior experience managing psychiatry clinics. – Experience in an academic health care setting or related field – Experience in a customer service and/or hospitality field – Experience with identifying and interpreting performance metrics, implementing strategic plans, tracking progress, and adjusting plans in pursuit of strategic goals
