This role will be fully dedicated to the transformation program, and will either be aligned to one of the strategic bets (vertical teams) or a horizontal team such as Change Enablement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Play a key role in supporting activities around T2.0’s overall operating rhythms, executive updates, design/implementation activities, stakeholder management, and project planning. The role involves working closely under senior leaders in Global Technology, Strategy and Human Resources to drive the end-to-end talent transformation agenda.

Specifically, responsibilities include:

  • Advise and make key design decisions to shape the direction of the talent transformation program, leveraging cross-cutting oversight of all interconnected program components
  • Drive key project lifecycle stages – including discovery, design, impact analyses, change management and implementation efforts
  • Apply key principles of agile methodology to partner with scrum teams, set objectives, monitor progress, coordinate with key stakeholders, and drive towards seamless program delivery
  • Provide direction and inputs into central project plans, roadmaps, and activity trackers
  • Conduct and assist with deep dives as needed – including on key talent processes, operational metrics, issue remediation, and incremental solution recommendations
  • Act as a communication channel for ongoing project management status and issues to ensure timely updates to stakeholders
  • Build relationships with Subject Matter Experts to help deliver transformation goals
  • Develop management summary materials and presentations that highlight key updates, recommendations, and next steps
  • Program Strategy Lead: advise and make key design decisions to shape the direction of the
  • Design solutions in the areas of performance management, talent reviews, promotions, talent identification, career development, succession planning, and other talent processes; seamlessly connect talent management outcomes to job architecture, rewards and learning
